Ensure compliance with all LIHTC and Section 8 regulations and reporting requirements.

Collaborate with property managers to address operational challenges and implement solutions.

Monitor and report on property budgets, financial performance, and occupancy rates.

Oversee capital improvement projects and ensure timely completion within budget.

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, regulatory agencies, and property teams.

Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and operational efficiencies.
