Monitor and report on property budgets, financial performance, and occupancy rates.

Oversee capital improvement projects and ensure timely completion within budget.

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, regulatory agencies, and property teams.

Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and operational efficiencies.
