Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Water and Mold Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and related restoration tasks. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to water and mold damage emergencies.
- Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and remediation processes.
- Conduct inspections to assess water and mold damage, documenting findings with photos and reports.
- Use specialized equipment (e.g., moisture meters, air movers, dehumidifiers) to complete restoration tasks.
- Remove and dispose of affected materials (e.g., drywall, flooring, insulation) as necessary.
- Apply antimicrobial treatments to prevent future mold growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site during and after restoration work.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the restoration process and ensuring satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in water and mold remediation preferred, but not required (we provide training).
- Certification in IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) and/or AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts for emergencies.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
