What you'll do
- Lead the bar team on shift: set the pace, uphold standards, and train and mentor bartenders and barbacks
- Help develop and maintain the cocktail and draft program with ownership
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, par levels, and cost controls
- Ensure consistent execution of recipes, service steps, and cleanliness standards
- Be the go-to for escalations at the bar and a partner to management on service and vibe
What you bring
- 3+ years bartending in high-volume venues, with lead or supervisory experience
- Deep spirits, cocktail, and beer knowledge; wine fluency a plus
- A natural leader who teaches by example and stays cool in the rush
- Full availability including nights, weekends, and major sporting events
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
