What you’ll do
- Execute site preparation by moving earth, grading surfaces, and clearing debris with precision.
- Collaborate with Foreman to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience operating dozers and other heavy construction equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safe operation of vehicles on construction sites.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in grading
- Previous work experience on construction sites demonstrating teamwork and collaboration skills.
