Job Overview
We are seeking a driven, people focused Assistant Manager/Sales Associate to help lead our Red Wing Shoe Store. This is not your typical retail sales job. This is a consultive sales environment where we help hardworking professionals find the right footwear for their trade using our UFX. You will be the shoe expert. If you enjoy leading a team, hitting goals and delivering high level customer service, this is a great opportunity to grow into a leadership role with a respected brand.
Duties
- Support daily store operations.
- Oversee teams performance.
- Lead by example in sales, customer service and product knowledge
- Help coach staff in KPI's
- Ensure every customer gets the Ultimate Fit Experience
- Help with inventory and merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and professional presentation
- Support local marketing efforts and social media posting
- Help train staff using internal tools
- Answering phones
Qualifications
- 1-3 years in retail or sales leadership experience
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Result driven mindset and focused on hitting goals
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and customer focused environment
- Ability to lead a team while also being hands on sales
- interest in learning about work footwear, fit and safety products
- Has their own car and is willing to travel between Margate and Palm Beach

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
