Rate: Starting at $21/hr
- Coordinate and dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day.
- Match the right technician to each job based on skillset, location, and performance.
- Manage technician schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and managers.
- Monitor work orders for accuracy and make corrections when needed.
- Analyze appointment history and technician performance to improve scheduling decisions.
- Handle multiple priorities, phone calls, emails, and schedule changes with confidence.
- Motivate technicians by communicating opportunities and helping them succeed.
- Follow company processes while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Provide outstanding customer service and represent Harris with a positive attitude.
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service is preferred.
