Position Summary
As an Auto Body Estimator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process. You will inspect damaged vehicles, prepare accurate repair estimates, communicate with insurance companies, and help ensure repairs are completed efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles and write accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE or Mitchell.
- Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines, insurance claims, and vehicle status.
- Work directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate and finalize repair plans.
- Identify additional damage through teardown and submit supplements as needed.
- Coordinate with technicians, parts department, and management to keep repairs moving efficiently.
- Maintain organized repair files and accurate documentation.
- Follow OEM repair procedures and industry best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off through delivery.
- Meet production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
