Senior Automotive Finance Manager
Montgomery Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager who is a proven producer. We are not looking for someone learning the business. We are looking for a professional who already knows how to structure deals, build value in F&I products, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Our dealership is a high-volume operation with consistent deal flow, strong inventory, and a sales team that understands how to work together to maximize every opportunity.
This role is designed for a Financed Manager who wants to operate at a high level and earn accordingly.
What You'll Do
- Present finance and protection products to customers in a professional and transparent manner
- Secure financing through established lender relationships
- Structure deals efficiently while maintaining full compliance
- Maximize product penetration while protecting the customer experience
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to finalize deals smoothly
- Ensure all deals are funded and processed accurately
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Automotive Finance Manager experience required
- Proven track record in F&I production and product sales
- Strong knowledge of lender programs and deal structuring
- Excellent communication and closing ability
- High level of professionalism and attention to compliance
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
- Experience with Tekion is a plus but not necessary.
