Required:

Current Non-QM Wholesale Mortgage experience

Job Duties:

Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage Bankers and Brokers

Help originate brokered loans to the inside support staff and move loan originations from submissions to closed loans. Your job is to sell, not process!

Communicate with brokers/staff to ensure coordination of timely receipt of borrower conditions and financial information.

Work with Senior Management on goals and projections

Meet or exceed production goals and adhere to reporting requirements.
