Assistant General Manager

As the Assistant General Manager, you will work alongside the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction across all departments.
- Support the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
- Help identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and guest experience.
- Assist with managing hotel budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses to support financial performance.
- Promote and uphold company values, service standards, and workplace culture throughout the hotel.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and ownership to achieve operational, financial, and guest satisfaction objectives.
- Maintain a professional presence while building positive relationships with guests, employees, vendors, and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, safety regulations, and all applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
- Assist in monitoring departmental performance and implementing continuous improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–3 years of hotel supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage daily hotel operations, and deliver exceptional guest service.
- Experience with hotel property management systems is required.
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
