We're looking for a polished, personable, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist who is passionate about exceptional customer service and excited to be part of a thriving medical aesthetics practice.
This is more than a receptionist role-it's an opportunity to become the face of our practice. As the first point of contact, you'll help create a warm, welcoming, luxury experience while ensuring our front office runs seamlessly. What You'll Do

Create an exceptional first impression by warmly welcoming every patient with professionalism and genuine hospitality.

Answer incoming calls and patient inquiries with confidence, empathy, and outstanding customer service.

Schedule appointments efficiently while optimizing provider schedules.

Guide patients through a smooth and personalized check-in and check-out experience.

Process payments accurately, including cash and credit card transactions.

Maintain confidential patient records with precision and attention to detail.

Educate patients on our aesthetic treatments, wellness services, skincare products, and current promotions.

Maintain a beautiful, clean, and inviting reception area that reflects our luxury brand.

Monitor and replenish front office and retail inventory.

Utilize multiple software platforms, including Microsoft Office and electronic practice management systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Minimum of 2 years of medical office experience (required)

Minimum of 2 years of medical terminology experience (required)

Minimum of 2 years of computer experience (required)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Med spa experience is preferred but not required.

Monday–Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm Friday 9:00am-4:00pm
