The Opportunity
As a Support Associate, you will support the Advanced Technology (includes Aerospace and Defence) team in a variety of daily tasks that will improve project delivery efficiency and revenue growth. This role involves assisting Senior Managers in completing administrative and business support tasks, assisting Project Engineers in daily project tasks, and learn how the Advanced Technology global business operates with prospects of transitioning into future Advanced Technology roles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Management Support: Assist in the delivery of daily tasks including:
- Business support tasks.
- Administration tasks.
- Customer information tasks.
- Industry support tasks.
Project Support: Assist the Project Engineer team in the delivery of specific project tasks including:
- Accentis ERP tasks.
- Procurement planning and management tasks.
- Raw Material sourcing tasks.
- Inventory management checks.
- Production coordination and support.
Key Competencies:
- Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and apply industry knowledge and company processes.
- Basic problem-solving skills with a growing ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
- Passionate about the industry, with a commitment to developing your skills and contributing to the team's success.
- A Technical qualification is advantageous.
