Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications
Hours: Full-time – 40+ hours/week

Qualifications:

2+ years of loader or heavy equipment operation experience (auto salvage preferred)

Proven record of safe equipment use in fast-paced environments

Understanding of vehicle handling, staging, and yard layout best practices

Ability to follow clear safety protocols and company procedures

Comfortable working outdoors in extreme weather conditions

Pre-employment drug Screening is required

Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Valid operator certification or willingness to obtain
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely operate front-end loaders and heavy equipment to move vehicles and materials

Stand vehicles on wheel stands per the company's safety and display procedures

Maintain accurate yard vehicle placement to support customer visibility and accessibility

Perform daily safety checks and basic loader maintenance using company software

Coordinate with production and inventory teams for smooth operational flow

Maintain a clean, organized yard with a focus on safety and efficiency

Follow the wash schedule of the company equipment to maintain the cleanliness standard
