What you’ll do
- Prepare bookkeeping and financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage account reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Conduct thorough audits and regulatory reporting to maintain transparency and uphold financial integrity.
- Utilize accounting software, QuickBooks Enterprise, to streamline financial operations.
- Assist with payroll processing thru QuickBooks Enterprise
- Complete Sales Tax reports and payments to local governments on behalf of small businesses
Basic qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles and accrual accounting.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with technical accounting concepts.
- Proven ability to interpret financial reports and communicate findings effectively.
