Job Summary: As a Front Desk Staff Member at Aqua-Tots Swim School, you will be the first point of contact for our families and guests. Your friendly demeanor and enthusiasm will set the tone for their Aqua-Tots experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. We are specifically seeking a Spanish Speaking team member to assist our Spanish Speaking families!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Assist Families: Welcome families and guests with a warm and friendly attitude as they enter the swim school. Provide information on swim programs, class schedules, and promotions, and assist with any inquiries or concerns.
- Swim Program Sales: Actively promote swim lesson packages and assist prospective families in selecting the right program to meet their child’s needs and water safety goals.
- Check-In and Confirming Attendance: Manage the check-in process for swimmers and verify their enrollment and access to classes.
- Phone and Email Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information regarding swim lessons, schedules, and general inquiries.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process payments for lessons, retail items, and maintain cash drawer balances.
- Membership Management: Maintain accurate family records, process withdrawals or changes, and address account issues or updates.
- Scheduling: Assist families in booking or rescheduling swim lessons, make-up classes, and facility tours.
- Facility Presentation: Ensure the front desk, lobby, and common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with swim instructors, management, and other front desk staff to deliver the Aqua-Tots Experience and uphold our core values

- Have basic computer skills and are comfortable learning new systems
- Are available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Hold current CPR and First Aid certifications (or are willing to obtain them)
