Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations with precision and integrity. Responsibilities
- Manage the complete payroll cycle, including data entry, processing, and reconciliation across multiple payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian, and other supported platforms.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws by staying current on changes in tax law, payroll tax regulations, and labor regulations affecting payroll processing.
- Oversee benefits administration related to payroll deductions and contributions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts related to payroll expenses, taxes, and benefits within financial software like QuickBooks or other accounting systems.
- Collaborate with HR teams to maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems and ensure seamless integration with payroll data.
- Prepare detailed reports on payroll costs, tax filings, and labor law compliance for internal audits and external agencies.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality while managing payroll data entry, account reconciliation, and audit processes.
Skills
- Extensive experience with payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, Ceridian or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, tax law, labor law compliance, and related regulations impacting payroll processing.
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable management.
- Demonstrated ability in financial concepts such as debits & credits, journal entries, double-entry bookkeeping and technical accounting practices.
- Skilled in using spreadsheets for data analysis and report generation; excellent attention to detail in data entry and account reconciliation.
- Familiarity with HR systems for benefits administration and time & attendance systems for accurate payroll processing.
- Exceptional analysis skills to interpret financial data accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Pay: $84,442.34 - $98,833.78 per year
