Available Shifts:

1st: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
-
2nd: Monday-Thursday 3:00om - 1:30am
Pay: Starting at $20/hr. and up based on experience, with shift differential offered for 2nd shift.
Job Description:
-
Understand quality and production within company specifications, goals, and objectives.

Comply with all safety and environmental rules and regulations; comply with internal ATI practices.

Support all 6S and lean initiatives.
-
Report any issues to the Production Supervisor.
-
Maintain proper training, tools, and materials to carry out his/her duties.
-
Prepare tools and equipment for safe and efficient production.

Read programs and load them to machinery.
-
Use gauging tools to read measurements on materials and finished goods.

Implement the use of cutting tools in the manufacturing process when necessary.

Troubleshoot the manufacturing process when issues arise.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
-
Have an understanding of how to work with a team.
-
Must possess basic computer operation skills
-
Ability to complete basic math and read a tape measure
-
Some experience in manufacturing
-
Fundamental understanding of equipment setup and maintenance
-
Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Physical Requirements:
-
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours
-
Ability to bend and squat
-
Ability to work in an environment without a controlled temperature
