Job Description
Camrock Foundations is seeking a skilled and experienced Foundation Repair Technician to join our growing team in Land O' Lakes, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in diagnosing and repairing foundation issues, with specific expertise in chemical grout (polyurethane) injection and/or underpinning techniques (push piers or helical piles).
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a foundation repair technician.
- Proven experience with chemical grout (polyurethane) injection OR underpinning systems (push piers and/or helical piles).
- Strong understanding of foundation repair principles and techniques.
- Proficient in operating relevant repair equipment and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform the demands of the job, including lifting and bending.
- Willingness to be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
- Willingness to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers in order to provide our services.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Must be willing to pass a background check.
Responsibilities:
- Execute foundation repair work utilizing chemical grout (polyurethane) injection
- Install and repair foundation underpinning systems, including push piers and/or helical piles.
- Operate and maintain all necessary equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members.
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
