Position: Inpatient Pharmacist
Location: Chico, CA 95926
Facility: Enloe Medical Center
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | Varied Start Times | 10-Hour Shifts
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Pay: $95–$100/hour
Requirements:
- Active California Pharmacist License
- Minimum 3 years of inpatient hospital pharmacist experience
- Experience in a decentralized hospital setting
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and medication management skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmaceutical care to hospitalized patients
- Review and verify medication orders
- Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and state/federal regulations
