Duties
- Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and compassion.
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, and front office operations.
- Process and respond to subpoena and medical records requests.
- Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, and case managers.
- Track personal injury and workers' compensation case statuses.
- Monitor billing workflows and follow up with the billing department regarding outstanding issues.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Assist management with administrative and operational projects.
Skills
Required
- Minimum 2 years of medical office administrative experience.
- Excellent reading comprehension and written communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Professional phone etiquette.
Preferred
- Personal injury or lien-based medical practice experience.
- Experience handling subpoenas or medical records requests.
- Familiarity with medical billing workflows.
- Experience with EMRs such as AdvancedMD.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
