Job description
Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist who is upbeat, enthusiastic and hard-working. Candidate must be punctual, pleasant, and enjoy working directly with patients in a fast-paced environment!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting physicians with multiple injection procedures and HIPAA compliance, working closely with physicians and mid-level providers, maintaining kind demeanor with patients, efficiency and adhering to health and safety protocols a must to deliver exemplary patient care.
Preferred Procedure Proficiency List (Will Train the Right Candidate):
- Working in a brand-new surgery center and in the main clinic
- Cervical/Thoracic/Lumbar Facet injection (has 3 levels)
- Cervical/Thoracic/Lumbar TESI (has 2 levels)
- Cervical/Thoracic/Lumbar ESI (has 1 level), Left/Right SI (has 1 level)
- Greater Troch Bursa Injection (has 1 level)
- Occipital Never Block (can be right, left, or bilateral “2 Levels”)
- Rhizotomy (has 4 levels)
- Kyphoplasty (can have 1 or 2 levels)
- EMG/NCS (all Bilateral Upper or Lower levels)
- Knee Injections (has 1 level)
- Joint Injections (has 1 level)
- Hip Injections (has 1 level)
- Shoulder Injection (has 1 level)
- Tendon Sheath (has 1 level)
- Trigger Point Injections (non-specific levels
- Botox Injections (over a 3 day period/with varying units per protocol)
