An established outpatient pediatric practice in Elk Grove is hiring a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. The position offers competitive compensation, productivity incentives and the option of a four-day workweek.
Compensation and Schedule:
- $120,000 to $140,000 annual salary
- $12,000 to $14,000 productivity bonus potential
- Four-day workweek option
- Outpatient pediatric setting
- Three-year employment agreement
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care to pediatric patients
- Conduct well-child and acute-care visits
- Diagnose and manage common pediatric conditions
- Educate patients and families
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
Qualifications:
- Active California Nurse Practitioner license
- Board certification
- Pediatric clinical experience
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
