WHAT YOU’LL LEAD
- Lead From the Front: Knock doors, set appointments, and close deals alongside your team.
- Recruit and Build: Leverage our active recruiting system delivering 5 to 15 trained rookies each month who are ready to perform.
- Coach Daily: Run ride-alongs, door coaching, and post-shift performance reviews.
- Drive Results: Own team production, retention, and reporting with a solutions-first mindset.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
- $10,000 Signing/Launch Bonus for qualified hires. Ask about eligibility and payout details during the interview process.
- Year 1: $100,000 to $150,000 annually.
- Year 2+: $150,000 to $250,000+ annually.
- Compensation includes personal commissions plus performance-based overrides tied to team production.
- Clear career path: SDR or Closer → Team Lead → Director in Training → Director.

This is a full-time, year-round role based in Richmond, Virginia, with opportunities to support surrounding markets and future expansion efforts.
