We are a 44 year old beverage company located in the Kansas City metro area. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Ice Machine Service Technician to join our growing service team. If you have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial ice machines, we want to talk to you!
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair commercial ice machines (Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Scotsman, Ice-O-Matic, etc.)
- Perform preventative maintenance, cleanings, and inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and water system issues
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional service
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
- Experience servicing commercial ice machines (required or strongly preferred)
- Refrigeration experience (EPA certification a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
