Jobsite Coordinator
Boston Harbor Water Restoration
When someone’s property floods, suffers water damage, or experiences a disaster, they need help immediately.
That’s where we come in.
Boston Harbor Water Restoration helps homeowners and businesses recover from property damage by stabilizing the situation quickly and rebuilding what was lost.
This job isn’t just about moving fans or snapping a few photos.
It’s about owning the details, keeping jobs organized, and documenting everything so clients and insurers have zero questions.
We’re looking for a Jobsite Coordinator who works hard, moves fast, and takes pride in running a tight, well-documented job.
What You’ll Do
Restoration jobs move quickly and require people who can adapt, learn, and execute.
In this role you will be responsible for jobsite documentation and equipment management so the technicians can stay focused on the work.
Jobsite Documentation
- Take all required photos on every job (before, during, and after)
- Capture detailed notes on scope, materials, and progress
- Record readings, measurements, and moisture logs as needed
- Ensure documentation meets insurance and internal standards
Equipment Management
- Track all equipment on each job (what is set, where it is, and when it moves)
- Tag and log equipment in and out of jobs
- Confirm proper setup as directed by the lead technician or project manager
- Help load, unload, and organize equipment on trucks and in the warehouse
Job Support & Coordination
- Support technicians and project managers with jobsite setup and breakdown
- Confirm all required photos, notes, and signatures are collected before leaving a site
- Communicate clearly with the office about job status and documentation needs
- Help keep jobs running on schedule by staying one step ahead on details
