Looking for someone to join our team as a Shift Leader. You will work long side our management team performing the day to day tasks needed to run a successful operation. Shift Leaders learn to run opening shifts and/or closing shifts. while you take charge or your shift you will lead the team through lunch/dinner rush, ensure top-quality service, and maintain high standards for both food and ambiance. Your leadership will play a crucial role in our success, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a full stomach. We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy person who has the drive to learn and potential to grow in our company. We will do our part to set you up for success in the work place.
