Greenstaff HomeCare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Concierge Skilled Nursing Program. This is an opportunity to provide personalized, high-quality nursing care to clients in the comfort of their homes while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.
Compensation
$60–$75 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and assignment type.
Position Summary
As a Concierge Skilled Nursing RN, you will provide professional nursing services to private-pay clients who require skilled clinical care at home. This role offers the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering exceptional nursing care in a one-on-one setting.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive nursing assessments
- Medication management and administration
- Wound care and dressing changes
- Diabetes management and education
- Catheter care
- Chronic disease monitoring
- Post-hospitalization support
- Care plan development and oversight
- Coordination with physicians, caregivers, and family members
- Client and family education

Qualifications
- Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Home Health, Private Duty, Hospice, or Concierge Nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently
