Our nurses see 4–6 patients per day, providing 30–45 minute in-home visits including wound, catheter, ostomy, and medication management care.

What We’re Looking For
You’re more than a Licensed Practical Nurse—you’re a compassionate caregiver, critical thinker, and patient advocate. You thrive on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and helping individuals achieve better health and independence at home.
Experience:
1–3 years of home care or clinical nursing experience preferred
New grads welcome—we’re excited to support your journey!
Requirements:
✅ Graduate professional school of Nursing; associate's degree in Nursing
✅ Current Registered Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota (in good standing)
✅ Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers
✅ Valid driver’s license—you’ll bring high-quality care directly to patients’ homes
