Q. Contrary is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented team member to help support the day-to-day operations of our growing menswear business.
This is not a traditional retail position. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new skills, taking ownership of projects, and helping a small business operate more efficiently. The right person will work directly with the owner and become a key part of the business.
If you are someone who naturally takes notes, asks thoughtful questions, follows through on commitments, and enjoys figuring things out, we would love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Operations & Administration
- Manage client follow-up and communication
- Help organize and improve internal systems and processes
- Assist with inventory management and product organization
- Support Shopify and website updates
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Track tasks, projects, and business priorities
- Assist with bookkeeping and administrative projects
Marketing & Content Support
- Schedule and publish social media content
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Help organize photos, videos, and marketing assets
- Support content creation initiatives
Client Experience
- Welcome and assist clients in the store
- Help maintain a professional and organized showroom
- Support client appointments as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service
