Lead BCBA opportunity with a growing, home-based ABA company in North Carolina
Wholesome Care ABA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical leadership team on a part-time, flexible basis with opportunity to grow into full time. This is an in-home role serving children and families across North Carolina.
You will provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services while serving as a trusted clinical resource for BCBAs, RBTs, families, and organizational leadership. You will maintain a manageable caseload while strengthening clinical consistency, supporting staff development, assisting with complex cases, and promoting ethical, evidence-based care.
This role suits a confident, approachable clinician who pairs strong clinical judgment with the ability to guide, encourage, and develop others.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and other behavioral evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Analyze clinical data and make appropriate treatment adjustments
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide clinical consultation and guidance to fellow BCBAs
- Assist clinicians with complex cases and treatment challenges
- Review treatment plans and clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Support onboarding, training, and professional development of clinical staff
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other service providers
- Participate in clinical quality assurance and process-improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, payer requirements, and applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Active North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) licensure, or eligibility
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental needs
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessments, treatment planning, data analysis, and behavior intervention
- Experience supervising RBTs or supporting clinical staff development
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to lead with professionalism, empathy, confidence, and accountability
- Previous experience as a Lead BCBA, Senior BCBA, Clinical Supervisor, or Clinical Manager is valued. We also welcome experienced BCBAs who have demonstrated strong leadership and clinical judgment and are ready to contribute at a higher level.
