What You Will Be Responsible For
- Manage day-to-day property operations across a portfolio
- Coordinate leasing activity from showing to executed lease
- Keep delinquency low and collections on track
- Oversee maintenance from intake to completion (no loose ends)
- Handle tenant and owner communication with clarity and urgency
- Conduct property assessments and proactively identify issues
- Ensure compliance with lease terms and property standards
- Maintain clean, accurate records in our management system

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of property management experience (non-negotiable)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Comfortable using property management software (Buildium experience is a plus, not required)
