Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packing Inventory Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using barcode scanning and warehouse management systems
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory levels by stocking, organizing, and replenishing products within the warehouse
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure items meet packaging standards and are free from damage
- Load and unload shipments using appropriate material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain precise records of inventory movements through RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Follow safety procedures consistently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and inventory management
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks with certification preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning technology, and basic math skills for inventory counting
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to manual handling, heavy lifting, and mechanical equipment operation
- Prior experience in shipping & receiving processes and materials handling is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control and order accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
