Personal Assistant – Home Organization & Household Support
Location: Hercules, California
Compensation: $23–$28 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Flexible, approximately 4–10 hours per week
We are seeking a thoughtful, respectful, and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide home organization and household support for a private homeowner in Hercules.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating order, enjoys organizing living spaces, and appreciates working in a calm, professional, and respectful environment. The ideal candidate is soft-spoken, discreet, dependable, and understands the importance of confidentiality and personal privacy.
Responsibilities:
- Organize closets, storage areas, and household spaces
- Fold, sort, and hang clothing
- Organize paperwork, files, and household records
- Unpack and organize boxes and personal belongings
- Create and maintain organizational systems throughout the home
- Assist with light household projects and errands as needed
- Help maintain an orderly, peaceful, and well-functioning home environment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a personal assistant, household assistant, professional organizer, household manager, or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-directed
- Pleasant, calm, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable working independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
