Job Overview
We are seeking insulators to join our team. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. The successful candidate will seal, install fiberglass batts, blow fiberglass insulation into attics, and install blanket insulation into basements of newly constructed homes.
Responsibilities
- Install insulation materials in walls and attics according to specifications.
- Work collaboratively with a team on construction sites.
Skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Experience on construction sites is a plus.
Pay
- Training rate begins at $18.00/hour. After completion of the training process, pay is based on piece rate. Piece rate is calculated using the square footage of material installed per job.
- Successful candidates can expect to make between $50,000 and $75,000 annually.
