Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves safely transporting vehicles, including voluntary repossessions, and providing excellent customer service. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record and a strong work ethic.
Duties
- Pick up voluntary repossession vehicles and transport them to designated lots.
- Call customers to schedule vehicle pickups and coordinate appointments.
- Drop off vehicles at specified locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the tow truck.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable, motivated, and responsible attitude towards work.
- Willingness to learn and follow training instructions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- No previous experience necessary; training will be provided.
