As a therapist and family owned practice, we value caregivers being a part of the therapy process. Our in-clinic therapy provides this opportunity for families to be involved in each session and for constant communication on best ways to implement strategies into daily routines.
We highly value family time for our therapists as well and include administrative time into our schedules, so that paperwork does not follow our therapists home.

Active OT license in NC required

Responsibilities:
· Conduct evaluations, assessment materials provided.
· Treat pediatric population with a variety of ages and needs.
· Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients.
· Document and complete dynamic treatment plans and progress reports.
· Update patient progress to family
· Communicate with families, team, and lead therapist.
· Maintain continuing education requirements.
· Comply with governing code of ethics.
· Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
· Organization skills and ability to be creative are a plus.
· Ability to build rapport with patients.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· At least a Master's in Occupational Therapy.
· Active OT license as approved by the State Board in NC
