Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Welder with 3–5 years of welding experience, primarily in MIG welding, with some Stick welding experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment and able to produce clean, strong, and accurate welds.
Job Duties:

Perform primarily MIG welding on metal components and assemblies.

Use Stick welding as needed.

Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.

Measure, align, and position materials before welding.

Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and strength.

Use welding equipment, hand tools, and measuring tools safely.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Assist with other fabrication and production duties as needed.
Skills and Experience:
3–5 years of welding experience preferred.
Strong MIG welding experience required.
Some Stick welding experience.
Ability to read basic blueprints or welding diagrams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a hands-on industrial environment.
