About the Role
As a General Industrial Support Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our facility operations. You will provide essential manual support, material handling, and equipment maintenance assistance to ensure our production environment remains productive and organized.
Responsibilities-
Execute manual material handling tasks, including loading, unloading, and organizing supplies to optimize workflow.

Maintain a pristine and safe facility by performing general clean-up, waste disposal, and seasonal grounds maintenance.

Operate forklift equipment safely to transport materials and support logistics throughout the plant.

Assist maintenance and operations teams with equipment repairs, blending, screening, and packaging processes.

Support operational continuity by filling in for various roles during staff absences and vacations.

Ensure all activities strictly adhere to environmental, quality, and safety protocols to minimize operational risks.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Proven ability to operate a forklift and successfully complete safety certification training.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Flexibility to work overtime on short notice to meet operational demands.

1-3 years of hands-on experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment.

Demonstrated ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather or facility conditions.

Experience supporting technical teams with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
