Our Team Members make sure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in. What’s a day in the life of a Baker?
Our Bakers ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. We work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment.
What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?
Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. We empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment.

What we are looking for:
- · High school diploma or equivalent
- ·Team Member must be 16 years or older. Shift Leader and Baker must be 18 years or older
- · Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
- · Shift Leaders and Bakers must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Shift Leaders must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a SERV Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- ·Shift Leaders and Bakers must be in possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
- · Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
