About the Company: STALEKS is a global leader in professional manicure and pedicure tools. For over 30 years, we have set the standard for quality in the nail industry. Our products are exported to 91 countries. We are looking for an ambitious Regional Manager to expand our presence in the US market, specifically working with the Vietnamese-speaking nail professional community.
The Role (Hybrid/Field-Based): We offer a flexible, result-oriented work format:
- Approx. 50% Home-Office: Managing CRM, strategy planning, and remote client support.
- Approx. 50% Field Work: Visiting nail salons, distributors, and attending industry trade shows (traveling across the assigned territory).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the assigned US region.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with Vietnamese-owned beauty businesses and training centers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct face-to-face negotiations and product presentations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine local strategy.
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluency in Vietnamese and English is mandatory.
- Bonus Skill: Proficiency in Russian will be a huge advantage.
- Experience: 1+ years in active B2B sales.
- Mobility: Must have a valid Driver’s License and a personal vehicle.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for field visits (min. 5 days per month).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, self-organization, and result-oriented mindset.
