Ghassan's Fresh Mediterranean Eats in Greensboro, NC is looking for one line cook to join our daytime team. We are located on 6027 J W Gate City Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities

Make sure that the entire cook line is set and ready for anticipated business levels at all time
- Call all orders as tickets print and coordinate timing between all stations
- Assemble subs, pita wraps and bowl ingredients in proper order according to recipe instructions and place on plate according to diagrammed plate presentation
- Assemble plates and appetizers according to diagrammed plate presentation
- Properly handle, rotate, and store food according to health code guidelines
- Maintain the cleanliness of the cook line throughout the shift
- Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness according to food code and company standards
- Complete all tasks as assigned in an orderly and timely manner
- Assist other stations, including pot washing, as needed
- Follow and complete all daily routine checklists
- Complete all tasks assigned on production guides
- Complete all assigned daily cleaning duties
Qualifications

You must be able to manage and pack multiple orders quickly during busy shifts.
- A high attention to detail is required to ensure every order is correct.
- Clear communication skills to coordinate, organize and build orders
- The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to twenty-five pounds.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Experience of at least one year in a fast food or restaurant environment is not required but preferred
