What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities by:
- Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
- Promoting independence and life skills
- Supporting community outings and engagement
- Following individualized service and behavior support plans
- Maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment
- Building meaningful, professional relationships with individuals served
- Documenting services accurately and timely
Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who are:
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn, grow, and make a difference
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus but not required—we provide paid training!
