We're Hiring:Crew Members
We're looking for energetic, friendly team members who are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
The primary expectations of every Jersey Mike's Crew Member are:
- Prepare food that meets Jersey Mike's high-quality standards.
- Provide service that is noticeably friendlier than other restaurants.
- Help maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than other restaurants.
- Work as part of a positive, fast-paced team.
Assistant Managers
We're also seeking experienced leaders who are ready to help lead our teams and deliver operational excellence.
Assistant Managers are expected to demonstrate all Crew Member responsibilities, plus:
- Running shifts and leading the team.
- Managing daily prep and identifying operational needs.
- Training and developing team members.
- Cash handling and inventory control.
- Maintaining exceptional customer service and operational consistency.

QualificationsCrew Members
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable and team-oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work nights and weekends preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
Assistant Managers
- Restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Dependable, mature, and customer-focused.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Professional appearance.
Preferred Experience
- Restaurant experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Restaurant supervisory experience: 1 year (preferred)
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required for Assistant Manager applicants).
