Perform general maintenance services in tenant living spaces on residential properties we own throughout the Portland Metro area. Fulfill assigned work orders and report completed work orders via job logs/mobile device application upon completion. Transport tools and hardware to individual service requests via assigned company vehicle. Check out specialty hardware for complex maintenance jobs and return upon completion. Respond to emergency maintenance situations as they come during shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Must be familiar with tools and have basic mechanical skills. This position requires interaction with some tenants and good communication skills with your lead and supervisor. You will work in the Portland metropolitan area doing routine maintenance across a number of properties including, but not limited to repairs on: electrical, light plumbing, hardware, pumps, valves, lighting, furnace etc. Perform various proactive preventative maintenance. Inspect the property grounds, buildings, and common areas to maintain safety standards and to identify issues requiring maintenance, repair or replacement.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must comply with all safety requirements.
