LV Petroleum is seeking a results-driven Truck Wash Manager to lead our truck wash operations. This key leadership role is responsible for managing a team of attendants, ensuring efficient service delivery, facility cleanliness, safety standards, and top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate brings hands-on management experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily operations of the truck wash team

Oversee vehicle and trailer washing, sanitation of facilities, and maintenance of equipment

Manage scheduling, inventory, supply orders, and adherence to safety protocols

Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service quality and efficiency

Monitor equipment functionality and perform or coordinate basic troubleshooting and repairs

Ensure full compliance with company procedures, cleanliness standards, and safety regulations

Provide exceptional service to drivers and commercial customers while driving operational performance
