About the Role
We are seeking dedicated owner-operator teams to provide premium final-mile delivery and white-glove assembly services. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by safely transporting and expertly installing high-quality home furnishings directly in consumer residences.
Responsibilities-
Execute efficient delivery routes for home goods, ensuring all items arrive in pristine condition.

Perform professional in-home assembly services, ranging from basic furniture setup to complex bed and shelving construction.

Maintain a high standard of customer care to enhance the overall brand experience for the end consumer.

Operate a 26-foot box truck equipped with a lift gate to facilitate safe loading and unloading.

Coordinate with your team partner to manage time-sensitive schedules and meet daily delivery volume targets.

Adhere to all safety protocols and documentation requirements for every delivery and installation site.
Qualifications-
Ownership or lease of a 26-foot box truck with a functional lift gate.

Active DOT and MC authority numbers.

Valid EIN and ability to operate as a two-person team.

Ability to pass comprehensive background checks, drug screenings, and MVR reviews for all team members.

Proof of commercial insurance coverage meeting industry standards.

1+ years of experience in final-mile delivery and residential installation.

Proven track record of handling high-end consumer goods with care.

Strong mechanical aptitude for furniture assembly and troubleshooting.
