You will help keep our community running smoothly by:

Handling apartment turns, punch lists, and make‑ready tasks

You’ll succeed here if you’re detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to stay steady and composed even on busy days.

At least 1 year of previous apartment maintenance experience

Commitment to providing high-quality, detail‑focused work

Willingness to participate in shared on‑call responsibilities
