Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA)
Aestique Medispa is seeking a skilled, enthusiastic Aesthetic Injector to join our award-winning team. We are looking for a provider who is passionate about aesthetics, committed to excellence in patient care, and motivated to continue learning as the industry evolves.
This is a full-time position for an experienced injector who values collaboration, professionalism, and delivering exceptional results within a luxury medical environment.
Position Details
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Minimum of 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience required
- Must be a Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Schedule includes 2 Saturdays per month, some evenings, and travel between locations weekly.
- Active Pennsylvania license required (in good standing)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Perform aesthetic treatments including, but not limited to:
- Neurotoxins
- Dermal fillers
- PDO threads
- Laser and energy-based treatments
- Medical-grade skincare treatments
- Complete thorough, accurate, and timely charting for every patient
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Ensure patient safety and uphold the highest clinical standards at all times
- Educate patients and assist with referrals for additional medical spa and plastic surgical services
- Collaborate closely with providers across the medical spa and plastic surgery practice
- Cross-market services and support a team-based approach to patient care
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of treatment rooms
- Ensure compliance with all medical aesthetic protocols and standards
Additional Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
- Sales-minded with a consultative, ethical approach
- Interest in functional medicine and wellness, with the desire to be cross-trained as Aestique continues to expand its integrated wellness offerings (training provided)
