- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation for credit union operations.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and other financial records accurately and on time.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense documentation accurately and within established deadlines.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing reports and supporting schedules.
- Support audits, examinations, and regulatory compliance efforts in accordance with credit union policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial information, identify discrepancies, and help resolve issues promptly and accurately.
- Maintain prepaid and fixed asset schedules and manage depreciation records accurately.
- Monitor investment activity and support timely decision-making as investments mature.
- Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining accurate, well-supported account balances.
- Support budget preparation and review variances regularly to strengthen financial planning.
- Assist with member fraud investigations, including credit card, debit card, and account fraud, in accordance with credit union procedures.
- Assist members with wire transfers and other services as needed.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
