Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on care and evidence-based interventions
- Educate and empower clients to reach their goals
- Track progress and adjust plans as needed for optimal outcomes
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Provide exceptional and top notch care to each client during sessions and also in between sessions.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in TN
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commitment to client-centered care
- Self-motivated and driven to grow within the role
- Desire for continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fitness Certification preferred but not required
- Exercise Experience preferred but not required
- CrossFit Experience is a BIG Plus but not required
- Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
